I liked everything. We ended our business early and needed to cancel the last day. We couldn't because it was prepaid. They said Booking.com had to do the cancelation. Tried to get a hold of Booking.com. we were on hold for over thirty minutes. I will never use Booking.com again. I will be canceling may membership at Booking.com.
